ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days for READY STOCK ITEMS and 7-14 business days for PREORDER ITEMS, except during holiday/high-traffic seasons, where it may take slightly longer. Please note that processing time is separate from transit times.

TRANSIT TIMES 

• Sarawak - RM8 per order - Pos Laju  - 1-3 Business Days
• Peninsular Malaysia & Sabah - RM15 per order - Pos Laju - 3-5 Business Days
• Singapore - RM50 per order - Janio Asia - 10-14 Business Days 

THINGS TO NOTE: 

• We cannot control or guarantee delivery status and times with the respective shipping carriers. 
• We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
• Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. 
• Sometimes, packages are sent back to us due to incorrect address, or customer has failed to pick up the item at the post office. If this is an error on the customer's part, the customer will be responsible to pay the additional shipping cost to reship the item. Shipping cost will also not be refunded as we have to cover the return cost of the shipment.
