JOINT ORDER POLICY 合并订单

At Helens Official, we value efficiency and aim to enhance your shopping experience. If you have multiple orders and wish to have them shipped together, we offer a Joint Order option under the following conditions:

1. Combined Shipping:

Different orders can be shipped together without additional charges if the earlier order has not been shipped yet.

2. Providing Previous Order Number:

To avail of the Joint Order option, please remark the order number of your previous order at checkout. This ensures accurate consolidation.

NOTE: Select "Pickup" - "Joint Order" at checkout.

3. Orders Already Shipped:

Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped are unable to be combined. We recommend checking the shipping status before placing a request for joint shipping.
